This year marks a major turning point in the theory of wellness and the prevention of disease. The drug-based paradigm of Western medicine is crumbling under the weight of its own massive fraud. Grape seed extract is showing potential as a way to prevent Alzheimer’s disease and other age-related memory loss. A study by researchers at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in New York City, found that the extract prevented the build-up of amyloid plaques, large protein molecules that interfere with brain function. Amyloid plaques are considered a hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease, but the truth is, they’re found in most older brains. People with Alzheimer’s just have more of them.
